Its happening in Pune from the day it was launched without fail. That is why I said that 24-48hrs downtime in a week.I can't help it absn bro. Learn to live with it or dump it when it's hire period expires.

That means it's not necessary how much close you are to the tower instead how much lucky you are to get a good speed.

Man dump that shit and get something else. If you need mobility, get Airtel UL EDGE. I'm using this and I am completely satisfied with the speeds and all. A couple of months ago, I received a call from TATA Indicom saying their data card thing offers 150 Kbps and costs 999 INR per month for unlimited use. 999 INR is too much for that 150 Kbps (Something is fishy here).

For the time being one should go ahead with EDGE and I hope the picture will change when 3G is launched in December 2008 (hopefully). :wall:

Yeah ichaitanya, edge has got much better. I am getting 25KBps with BSNL provided if one uses Class 32 GPRS/EDGE cellphone.

can nt dump it...in kumarswami layout bangalore they say dataone will take 2 years to come after applying..only 5 months have gone fr me..no sight of landline yet...19 months left
