BSNL Fiber Router resets SSID and Password on restarting!

I have taken a new BSNL ftth 777 plan, and they have provided a "Sharp Vision" modem with default SSID and password for wifi. Everything is working fine including speed. Now I have changed the SSID and password to my liking. Whenever I restart the modem, the SSID and password reset automatically to the earlier one provided by BSNL. This is frustrating as I have to change again after every restart. Any solution please? thanks

Could you please post a screenshot of the management UI and a picture of the actual device. All of these devices come from the same Chinese OEM and they just put different brand names and model numbers.

What's the username and password that you did try so far?

I have tried below as it was wrote on back side of router.
username: user
password: user

other i tried
username: admin
password: admin

username: user
password: password

username: admin
password: password

username: admin
password: Sharponu101

Perhaps the LCO, has changed the admin password, by remote configuration. Did you try reaching out?

I had tried but he said its only user user in both.

is there any other default password of this kind of routers?

Try admin and stdONU101 as the password.

And as far as i know...the credentials should be on a slip pasted on the downside of ONU.
