BSNL FTTH 999 plan superstar premium plus with OTT subscription help

I finally upgraded my old plan 999 (fiber premium with free Hotstar premium) to new plan 999 superstar premium plus with ott subscription, funny thing is that plan got activated and no info about how to activate OTT n whether we receive any mail or message for activation.

When asked in customer care, a mail or message will arrive but not specific about them.

Anyone who got this plan and using these OTTs please help me out how to activate or obtain them
 
Somehow hungama and shemaroo working and yupptvscope where sonyliv,voot,zee5 r subscribed showing 129rs recurring payment n
Idk how lionsgate login works ?
Certainly bsnl should have provided some info what to do about these logins

If anyone successfully using lionsgate ott Plz tell me how to login in lionsgate play.
 
How did you activate Shemaroo and Hungama? I tried signing in with the same mobile number but it shows that I am not subscribed to any plan. I was able to activate yupptv scope and Hotstar only.
 
I didn't activate any, all I did was login via registered mobile no. + Hungama n shemaroo not that great but lionsgate is superb like prime video
If you find a way to get lionsgate subscription Plz post about it
Also mailed lionsgate support and they replied about premium plus plan for which login can be resolved through bsnl customer support
But bsnl support said I will get mail or message about ott which I didn't get :(
 
After subscribing to this plan I'm facing lag and data loss even YouTube Just keeps on rolling but in speed test it gives good Speed. Now I want to go to my previous plan. 🥲
 
@senthil, please let me know when your lionsgate subscription is activated. I tried calling bsnl customer care, but they have no idea about OTT platforms other than cinemaplus.
 
@kldpdas bro lionsgate play asking for mail/mobile no. + PWD combination for login
but all other ott platforms in this 999 plan require mobile no. + OTP combination so it's upto bsnl to resolve it and let's try to tweet them in their Twitter page and see if they provide some solution else there is no other option to wait it out
 
Try forgot password using your registered email id of BSNL in lionsgateplay site and see if that works.
