BSNL FTTH first month bill

I got the first month bill.
I have been changed 500 rs security deposit and 50 rs rent for ONT even though I have purchased it myself.
( I believe ONT is the wifi modem which has optical cable as input and lan ports along with a telephone port.)
Check the screenshot of the bill.
I tried asking customer support but BSNL customers support is filled with illiterate chutiyas.
Need some help here.

@abhi9822& Yeah, that's the ONT. Looks like they have marked it as ONT is taken on rent, you would need to submit a billing complaint through the selfcare portal describing the problem and then tweet to BSNL_Corporate and the BSNL handle of your state/circle.

they told me to submit a written application to get the amount adjusted in next bill

Tweeting would be easier, I've seen many such cases being handled on Twitter. Worth a shot I'd say.

tried on twitter didnt get any reply other that we will look into it
cant raise complaint on selfcare as it says no invoice available
