Yes, screenshot showing DMZ settings to be sure.
Plus last time when I used, BSNL used to give public IP. Do cross check it to be sure that your WAN IP is public and not a private IP.

@Anurag Bhatia @abhi9822& Perhaps it makes sense to remove the double NAT? Either set the ONT in bridge mode and let your D-Link do NAT or let it be as is now, and use the D-Link as a dumb AP? ie just connect the cable from your ONT to one of the LAN ports on the D-Link device, and disable the DHCP server on the D-Link. You'd then need to manage port-forward and other things on the ONT device.

This is the setting I am using
DLink
Optilink
Optlink DMZ settings

I have connected input of D-Link using Lan from one output of optlink and dlink auto configured to DHCP

^ Don't connect the Optlink to the WAN port of the D-Link, connect to one of the LAN port of the D-Link. And before you do that, disable the DHCP server of the D-Link (not Optilink) and change the IP address of the D-Link to say 192.168.0.2 (be sure to adjust the DHCP range of the Optilink (screenshot 2) to exclude that, so maybe make the start IP address 192.168.0.10)

In the above scenario, the D-Link is just a dumb AP and NAT etc is done only by Optlink. You can then remove the DMZ settings in the Optlink, and enable uPNP or NAT-PMP etc if available or manually port-forward as required for the PS4 (on the Optilink device)

@varkey I have connected it to LAN port but then its not getting connected to internet
and btw yes that drop down has multiple settings one of those has PPPOE id pass
