BSNL ftth voip config in HUAWEI modem (kerala)

Had to reset my Huawei modem today..I configured both internet and voip in the wan page..but dont know the values in the voip basic page shown in the photo..please help

The config in my Alphion is fetched from somewhere ( I think its Tr-069 port ) as soon as I enter my PPPoE details.
