Bsnl high ping problem over international servers :-

From past 3 days i am facing high ping & Request delay problem over international servers . Youtube and google is good but sites like facebook and other facing 700+ ping . I am from kota, rajasthan and the bsnl main HQ building of 10 district is near my house (within 1km) , my plan is 800UL . Its normal or i must do something about it ??

Your line stats are decent. There must be a problem on BSNL's end.

Ping has nothing much to do with line stats.
