I am using ProtonVPN for now. It works fine, I'm getting ~50ms to Mumbai servers.

@5trange I tried again using the looking glass of Airtel to get the return path, but it's still broken. I've already reported this issue. Hope your issue gets resolved. Good luck!

Edit: I saw your comment on the a thread posted by a YOU Broadband user and the person said YOU broadband peers with Airtel and Vodafone. So, Is AS9829 the root of my problem?

Update: The local exchange replied to my email and they told me from now on, I will be getting an IP from the range 59.X.X.X and right now I'm getting 20ms to Chennai servers. Still not a permanent fix, But it works for now.

Well chennai routing is never good for me, mumbai routing is just +1 ms from what you are getting.

Dubai is 200+ ms , pings are quite for me for most of the server 200+ ms for AWS mumbai whereas for the mumbai server you listed is 41 ms for me.
