BSNL is inserting ads in websites, sending their users to malware sites through malware code injection

Recentrly i came across a app mybsnl. The app was previously does not contain any advertisement, but not improvised one, gives you reward points for viewing advertisement.
i immediately uninstalled the app.
Bsnl will not flourish, if they are going on disregarding the consumers annoyances.
The competition should be there, but that should not be at the cost of users annoyance

Today I got a popup ad from BSNL for some offer, not a malware redirect. When I clicked the little X to try and close it, it redirected to main bsnl website.

got similar ad, I am using ad blocker but don't know sometimes it gets past the ad blocker. My protection software (kaspersky) has even listed BSNL self care website as unsafe lately, whenever I visit it I get a warning and I need to specifically allow it.

Is there a way block this ad using chrome extentions like ublock/nano defender or adblock plus? Annoying as heck as it shows up randomly on any page you visit.

Use AdBlockPlus. It will be blocked.

Also block bsnl.phozeca.com:3000 or c.phozeca.com:3000 WHOIS this and you will see that this server belongs to NS Cell, BSNL, Delhi. Bsnl is not unaware of this. It is fully and knowingly injecting ads, now from its own network surveillance cell (NS Cell)
