BSNL is inserting ads in websites, sending their users to malware sites through malware code injection

https everywhere only redirects http domains to https which have ssl certificates and it is in their database. it cannot make http domains https.
It will fix to some extent though. It'll prevent them from intercepting the redirects to HTTPS.
 
I've been getting onClick popup ads injected in http sites. The most annoying kind.
 
I had my landline number added to BSNL's DND list after pgportal complaints regarding ad injections.
Looks like injections are back for me

I see them daily . Either it is the 4 month offer banner or the Pay the Bill banner . The Bill banner comes even after paying 3 months bill in advance:cautious:

I dont know whose idea was to place ads on Bills also. The bill is so cluttered we cannot get anything clear with that
 
OK now I'm pretty certain this isn't even my own bill. Two times, two different amounts.
