BSNL is inserting ads in websites, sending their users to malware sites through malware code injection

You ordered tomato sauce but the package you received contains chilli sauce. What can you do about it? You can order again and hope for the best
 
@Aashish.007 http is intercepted and modified by bsnl themselves. there is no dns involved, so pihole won't work.

given how few sites use http nowadays, it's not the worst thing on the planet, but still pretty malicious. if you have a fancier router you can just policy route port 80 over a VPN.

i get this ads like around 20+ times per day.. even in https sites.. i dont know how.
What to do?
Check website goalmalayalam . com, imgur . com. Etc.. to see this or am i alone?
