BSNL is inserting ads in websites, sending their users to malware sites through malware code injection

He is right.

These ads popup every morning I open my own website Techieleech, I had no idea from where these ads are coming. At first I thought it's because I use a nulled theme.. :D lol.. After these ads bacame a pain in the ass I decided to investigate on this. This is what I found

HTML:
<div id="__BULLETIN__bdiv" style="position: absolute; z-index: 999999999; visibility: visible; top: 3576px; right: 20px; display: block; transition: top 0s ease 0s;"><style> img.scalable { max-width : 100%; height: auto; }</style><a id="__BULLETIN__bdivButton" target="_blank" href="http://www.caringpapa.com/landing/health/tax/?utm_source=abeer&amp;utm_source_code=CP2818&amp;utm_medium=bannertax&amp;utm_content=bannertax&amp;utm_campaign=affiliate"> <img id="__BULLETIN__bdivImage" style="height: 250px;" src="http://61.0.245.90/bg/Caringpapa.jpg" scrolling="no" frameborder="0"> </a> <div style="overflow:hidden; position:absolute; right:0; top:0; z-index:9999999999;"><a id="__BULLETIN__button0" href="#"><img id="__BULLETIN__button0i" name="button0" class="scalable" src="http://61.0.245.90/bg/CloseButton.png" border="0"></a> </div></div>
(that ad code)

See, The close button is delivered from this IP address: 61.0.245.90

So I traced it, and found the thief, BSNL. IP location is Delhi.

How dare they Spam on me? What the hell am I paying them for then?

Hello,

Bsnl injecting ads has got worst these days. Before it should to pop up when modem is started or restarted (IP assigned) but now it just comes up randomly and regularly. Hundreds of times a day and close button doesn't help to prevent it coming next time (like before). Blocking its IP doesn't help either.

On desktop its somewhat bearable but on mobile browser it blocks the whole page and when close button is pressed, the page that is opened redirects to somewhere else.

BSNL is not giving a good plan but rather doing these nasty things. I'm angry about TRAI or its officials as well.

Thanks...
Best Regards

Thought about it. I have been sending postal RTIs to state government bodies for the last six months so am comfortable with that.
Also just checked out the online version. Seems easy enough. Maybe I would send it to MTNL online.

MTNL does not come under Central Government? Because I cannot find it on the list. Only BSNL is there.
