BSNL Launches 2 Higher FUP Plans 1 and 2 Mbps

Shouldn't take more than 4 - 5 days after you submit the application. In my case it happened in two days after submitting the application the last time I changed plan.
I think 1425 plan gives you 4Mbps till 20GB right? While the new one gives 2Mbps. So I think both the plans will stay.

Looks like it.
But 4mbps till 20gb doesn't make sense. Could use in a day if you want to while downloading any AAA title from steam.
1mbps after FUP though could be real lifesaver from whatever time i have left here in India.. i hope they do have in my area. will call on monday.

20 GB @ 4 mbps usually lasts 15 days or so for me.. But 512 kbps after 15 days used to feel bad, so decided to switch to 900. I will wait & decide if I want to switch to this 1445 or stay at 900 or maybe even downgrade to 675...

It lasts 8-9 days max for me. But luckily #touchwood My FUP resets itself every month from 18th or so

I will go to monday on BSNL office...
Feeling so lazy today..and FUP is not yet finished
Actually I dont want to get disappointed by babus..I am giving them 2 more days
so that they get enlighted by new tarrif plan..and do not disappoint me ;(

BSNL customer care on 1504 has absolutely no idea about this plan. In any case they say to change your plan there is only one method , that is, to make a written application in duplicate together with a copy of last bill paid to the nearest BSNL customer care center and that the new plan will take effect from the next billing cycle. WOW that is quick and effective response to a routine customer request. No wonder they need lots of babus to process such unreasonable demands from there captive customers.....

If you submit application..They will change in just 1 or 2 days ...not from next billing cycle
