I'm was thinking of switching to Airtel but thought of waiting for some time but waiting turned out to be worthless. This plan is good for those who use it for downloading n nothing else but for a guy like me who needs internet for streaming HD videos n watch wwe live this just doesn't make sense n the price of the plans are too expensive.

Finally I can change my plan to 1445 to get 1 Mbps. Decent move by BSNL only the plan is bit costly.

I also watched wwe in hd
More like 4 gb file for downloading
Or if u watch live in hd merely 2 gb
But that need connection of atleast 6 mbps

1st lets hope their employes know this plan
Bcz today i went to thier office but they are not aware of it..

Dont expect them to be aware of it before 10th.
Plans are not that good to be unbelievable.

BSNL's 2 mbps is more like 1.5 mbps. I would stay away.
Since you are already synced on a ~4000 kbps adsl profile chances are you will get full 2 mbps (250 KBps) coz they dont decease the adsl port speed even in case of plan change.if someone has line sync at ~1999~2048 kbps then they'll get 1.6-1.7 mbps only.
Since gurgaon gets 175 GB quota on your existing plan compared to 100 GB for rest of the country, there isn't much incentive for upgrade unless some hardcore downloading is the requirement for which new plan is better.

After FUP, the 256kbps I get is more like 150kbps. I cannot even load Gmail in regular mode. Have to end up using the HTML edition.
