Edit : It will be 2 mbps for 3 gb and then 512 kbps according to new update.

Hmm.. I wonder, need to carefully read the fine print... as per my understand it may be dual speed or flat, but the free GBs are limited... and are shared with the free calls & after that both are chargeable

Why else do that a charge of 0.3/MB mentioned for broadband?

I think you are right, my bad, i didn't read it fine.
So second best option will remain combo 650 then for flat 512.

My selfcare portal shows no plans it asks me to contact nearest service center to change plans , which i know , would have no knowledge of the updated plans and would refuse to believe me unless i show them these plans listed on the bsnl site. Also the udaan site does not have the updated plans.

We can change the plan by dialing 1504 too right? Coz I have heard an IVR mentioning it when dialing that number for complaint booking.

I guess, but I am thinking its more circle based. I have called up, only to be told I need to visit the branch. But the same day I was able to change online....

I crossed my fup on 6th may after which i was getting 512 kbps will today.
Right now i am getting this, just from an hour. Dunno whats going on.

Just tried calling 1504. There is an option to speak to CSR for plan change. Pressing the desired number and there was an endless wait, but no one came on line. Will try again later.
