I think you are right, my bad, i didn't read it fine.
So second best option will remain combo 650 then for flat 512.
 
My selfcare portal shows no plans it asks me to contact nearest service center to change plans , which i know , would have no knowledge of the updated plans and would refuse to believe me unless i show them these plans listed on the bsnl site. Also the udaan site does not have the updated plans.
 
I guess, but I am thinking its more circle based. I have called up, only to be told I need to visit the branch. But the same day I was able to change online....

Just tried calling 1504. There is an option to speak to CSR for plan change. Pressing the desired number and there was an endless wait, but no one came on line. Will try again later.
 
Saturday afternoon - Maybe lunch time. Or second saturday holiday like someone pointed out :D
