BSNL SelfKYC Server Side Error Help

So I tried the DoorStep Sim Delivery Service from BSNL at "https://sancharaadhaar.bsnl.co.in/BSNLSKYC/", the Aadhar Authentication and KYC part went smoothly but the problem arose after the payment is done on the Billdesk PG, and i got redirected to the BSNL site where i got Server Site Error 500:

Now Since the Payment is completed from both the Bank and PG site. I called BSNL support they told me to wait, without even checking. Since I haven't received any confirmation from BSNL via SMS or Email. I do not think they noted the Completion of the Form. Any Idea If i should contact again or wait?

Consider it as you donated that money to BSNL, this service is not operational when I visited BSNL office they told me they have no record of registered SIM card or the payment, they should shutdown self kyc website, but I think they are keeping it online to earn additional income. I would suggest them to rename the website to BSNL Care fund nobody will ask for refund

Do not trust BSNL for payments .
