BSNL sent Lok Adalat legal notice for unpaid bill! What to do?

If you have the relevant proofs and BSNL is not fixing the invoice for you, you should probably file a lawsuit in consumer court.

I have a excel sheet from the selfcare, I wonder what is its validity... I asked my father to ask for the usage details for the last month, in order to prove that it was added from previous months ... But the officials refusing usage details. BTW how to approach consumer court..

First thing is that when you ask for a solution / help be more courteous and less arrogant which can be seen from your posts .. Listen to the advice people give you here they are experienced .. I know i gave you no solution but I was very tempted to just reply reading the tone of your posts .. Hope you are able to get help and have your issues corrected ..

Yeah you are right.. Thanks all for the help... And pardon my tone if it's found rude (which I didn't intend)... Thanks again

:: Grievance Redress Mechanism in Government ::

It is basically a service run by Indian government. Your complaint is associated with the Department of Telecom so address it to them on the website. Give details. It would most likely be forwarded to the senior officials in your area. If you are lucky, the guy would force the relevant peeps at your local exchange to fix your problem. It worked for me with BSNL mostly. But not with Reliance.

I think you should go and ask for details of the bill if you haven't done so already. If BSNL can give the details, then check it with your own details. In case of discrepancy, you can raise objection before the Accounts Officer. Please do it in writing and get it acknowledged officially. Preserve the copy for future record.
