BSNL Speed Hack Possible?

I've seen many posts on internet about hacking BSNL internet speed, I always ignore them.But is it really possible to bypass the FUP limit of BSNL?
Maybe not possible in Broadband but is it possible in recharge plans? I am having a USB with BSNL sim, If bypassing FUP is possible then I will change to USB.If that will be possible then everyone will be able to enjoy the full speed, so seems to be fake

Nope, earlier their 3G had glitches. Everything has been fixed now and with unified data plans, you won't stand to gain anything.

When i had bsnl 1350 4mbps 20gb plan, i used to start a new session at 19gb, then i got 4mbps for about more 20gb with continues downloading, then the session resets automatically and i was switched to 512kbps. So i got 40gb overall on 4mbps.
