hello guys i m from mumbai bsnl ( Kalyan )circle, 750 UL 512 Kbps plan,, since 3/4 days i am facing strange problem as i download big files from link-removed , hotfile , link-removed ,eazyshare etc but i get a dnload speed of 15/16 kBps after 12.00 hours day time which gets resumed to 40/45 KBps at about 3.00 hrs afternoon but now since two days i m not able to browse properly speed test shows 128/150 Kbps youtube videos buffering hangs in between but connection is not getting reset even bsnl portal takes ages to load is same problem faced anywhere bsnl people ( call center ) idiots are not available all day long the music keeps on ringing but no responce ????? is this we r paying our hard earned money for ( ghotala kare kon aur takleef sahe kon ) are this consequencies of bsnl strike pls respond thanks
