optical power is good tx - 2.04 and rx - 21.67. It started happening past 2-3 days. Packet loss is upto 50 percent as you can see in last image of tracert. I raised complaint on self care but they were dismissed and lco is of no help, he took bribe of 1000rs for connection. Sometimes connection drops randomly for minutes and then back up .

I remember I took bsnl ftth for 5k, and removed it the second day and sold the router for 500rs. I was facing the same issue its just you have patience, I didnt.

Good for you!!
I hate myself for being patience; I gave money so LCO will be of help when needed. But they really don't care. My city is tier-3 so only Bsnl is an option. Employees know nothing about networking. I configured with help of this forum both voip and internet.

@bnee please try to contact bsnl noc in your city by any means find their address or phone number if you don’t have any local issue like fibre related and if you have only server related issue then bsnl noc will be the best bet no one else can solve your problem. I am the only bsnl ftth user in my locality I took bsnl because I don’t trust these shady local broadband providers they don’t give bill nothing so I took bsnl it’s run smoothly for me. Fortunately my home is at stone throwing distance from Lco so I didn’t face any kind of fibre related issue only faced server related issues. My jto is pretty nice person before bsnl ftth I was using bsnl adsl for 6 years so he knows me well he had already given me the bsnl noc mail address still I couldn’t resolve the problem so finall my jto gave me the chief engineer contact he told me he will resolve my problem. On sunday you can see my post also they called me and resolved my problem. I already mentioned as it’s a govt institution you have to get some upper level connection to get your issue resolved.

@supukabi thnx for your reply, LCO is an illiterate fraud here, he visited my house twice until I paid him 1000rs; they don't provide a bill or anything.
Bsnl exchange is km away from my house, but there is only one person in office and apparently he doesn't handle ftth.
Nearby town exchange handle fiber network for our town too. When i complaint to LCO, he told me to call them and they don't bother helping customers.
I configured my router and voip soft phone with help of this forum. I already raised complaint on portal, but they swiftly resolved them in less than a day without consulting me.
Last time I talked to them on the phone, they said we are working on issue.
