Use tracert on Windows. The ONT traceroute is using UDP to trace.

Hello everyone so after weeklong talking with nib I have got no positive result. The say to me that they have booked docket wit noc Bangalore but they couldn‘t find any problem. Yesterday I noticed that even download from Microsoft is slow I am on windows 8.1 and I thought of upgrading it to windows 10 but see the result in the attached image. I have included few more traceroute. Also all these problems go away when I connect to Cloudflare wrap surprisingly I could not use my Nord vpn because it’s failing to connect. Don’t know what to do any suggestions to get out of this problem any troubleshooting methods to find out the problem by myself or nib you can suggest. @netomato @f0r3he4d @sloj @Oppili

Chrome download gives slow speed for me too. Try downloading iso on download manager with at least 16 connections and post the results.

What about windows 10 iso Download it’s official app from Microsoft @Trex

That also will not be able to achieve full bandwidth as I have tested many times.
Using a good download manager will give you the best speed.
