Is there anyway that we can receive our BSNL telephone bills by email ???. The BSNL VAS service site is useless as the bill is not shown for the past two months. The acrobat file shows " Bill details unavailable". I want to receive my bills by email or any other way possible. Thanks

^ earlier there used to be e-mail and sms alerts . now it seems that
they are not functioning . just now checked the BSNL vas and found
no bill details ! only the total amount is shown at present

I do get thru my email aswell from bangaloretelecom.com But, it is just in text format and the one i see on the website is same as original [:D]@above...check the your state telecom website .. dont you have one ? check any of your bsnl bill (backside).. might have written about the website !!

Yes so it seems that there is no way that we can see and/or pay BSNL landline telephone bills. I have written about this to the following people:

1) Dr. Renuka Viswanathan, Secretary (Coordination & Public Grievances), Cabinet Secretariat heads the Directorate of Public Grievances. Her telephone number is 011-23345545, Fax No. 23345637 and E-mail address - [email protected]

2) Mr. D. Madan, Deputy Secretary, Department of Telecom (incl. BSNL & MTNL), Employees Provident Fund Organization, ESI Hospitals & Dispensaries directly controlled by ESI Corporation under Ministry of Labour, Tel: 011-23743139 and Email address is [email protected]

Let see what the outcome is ?. In the mean time you all can use this info to vent your anger about BSNL. :thumb:
