BSNL throttling download during 2-8 AM

Hi I am from Kerala During 2-8 AM I am getting download speed up to 170 KBPS onlyBut during day time I get around 200-230 KBpsIs anbody having a similar problem.

yes.lot of other users have posted in various places about slow speeds during the night

i got 220KB/s in utorrent last night,downloaded 4.2GB

Hi Ashok.. I am also from trivandrum . I am getting full speed around 220 230 @ Night . Try downloading using private torrents

well, maybe its bcoz a lot of users r downloading at that time.
