I AM USING BSNL UNLIMITED 499 COMBO PLAN IN KERALA. IN THE WEBSITE I HAVE TO GET THE SPEED OF512kbps BUT I GET ONLY MAX 75kbps download speed . so how can i increase the speed. is there any problem in my connection. actually how much speed i have to get it

Yes, you will get a max of 75kBps only. The promised speed is 512kbps (kilo bits per second), therefore while downloading you will get a max of 75kBps (kilo bytes per second)
