BSNL USB connection

hey people,I wanted to know whether BSNL has started USB broadband service for Laptop,if so whether we can operate skype on that normally or not???

BSNL has definitly Started Wireless Broadband named BSNL EVDO.
Upload speed is really superbad.
See my speedtest result below.
People who never use internet for voice/video chat and uploads can opt for EVDO Service. Cannot use link-removed always, becoz IP is shared.
Connection almost instant (within 12 hrs), Download speed is good.

you can get upto 2.4mbps with towers that support EVDO.Some places in bangalore do support 2.4mbps..otherwise you would get a 144kbps connection..good enough for voice
