BSNLl Sucks i hate bsnl customer care services

then what do you call my city where there is a daily power cut of at least 8 hours including 4:30-8:30AM.

My download stream 1020 kbps

my up stream is 510kbps





i am on 500 plan



to get 2mbps at night i have to get 2040 kbps in downstream

when i asked for correct the problem they said it will be like that only

Staff here they even don't know even what is kbps

BSNL really sucks what to say about this

do have ever faced problems like this

there is no way u can get constant 2048kbps download speed,if u get even 500kbps u can not blame anybody because they clearly mentioned speed is not 2mbps it is from 256kbps to up to 2mbps,so here i and many other at this plan get 220KB/s in torrent constantly and with download manager u can get 250KB/s,this shows we are lucky that bsnl does not give around 500kbps:thumbsup:
