Call dish tv customer care

does anyone have any idea why i keep getting this message whenever i switch on my set top box ... so irritating :@i just recharged & my signal strength is perfect too, so why am i getting this message :icry::pleasehelp:
 
what kind of messages are you getting...pls explain ...so that we will be able to solve your issue.
 
Even i am facing the same problem..but if i wait for about 5 - 10 minutes the channel automatically returns...any solution would be appreciated

lets just say i am gonna watch a movie in hbo right now, so i go and switch on my tv and then set top box and wait for the channel 999 to show up ( it takes a few seconds )...

the channel does show up except when i try to change the channel, here comes a screen saying PLEASE CALL DISH TV CUSTOMER CARE below this is the toll free number...

i also get three commands saying OK, BACK, EXIT in red, green and yellow colour...

and when i press any one of this colour in my remote, nothing works... the only thing i can do is switch the thing off ... and if i switch on again the same thing (as mentioned above) occurs..

got any idea why this is happening ???

you are lucky. i waited more than 2 hrs yesterday. absolutely nothing showed up...
