yes I was quite sure about his inclination towards dish
tv and pushing everyone to call customer care since his existence.
however calling customer care doesn't help in many cases.
however today is 9th day and still the shit continues. Your dish TV is inactive.
yesterday I went in person to dish distributor but even after giving all required docs, form fill up, still Tareekh pey Tareekh. now should I get myself couriered to them.
Today called customer care and wow to my shock, they said the pack you purchased is for employee only, What the hell.

well dear friend delivery for hardware for online purchase is min 24 hrs and max 3-5 days. Its mentioned on website as well while purchase online. Exceptions are possible as in your case. But i m happy that ultimately ur problem solved.
