Can I port from Reliance Pune to Vodafone Goa?

How are Goa and Pune in the same circle I mean they are in same telecom circle but inter-city MNP is not yet implemented right? Or am I missing something here?

Maharashtra and Goa are part of 1 circle. Hence Pune and Goa are in 1 circle.

For both Reliance & Vodafone circles are called Maharashtra & Goa. Therefore it is possible to port out from Reliance M&G to Vodafone M&G. Practically being in Panaji, Goa or Pune, Maharashara doesn't matter for Telcos; only your HLR (Home Location Register) changes and process is very easy.

Inter circle mnp isn't there. Intra circle is very much in place. Doesn't matter which city you're in, as long as you're in the same circle.

If you check it out, it does not have your address. That alone is a good enough indication.

Nope. You do need an address proof, now, ideally, you could use an mh address and get the number ported in goa. But, its always better to have an address of the same city.
