7 day plan (only 1000 GB data with no OTT subscription) is only better if you need maximum data and you are already paying extra to watch TV and for OTT subscriptions.
But if you want limited data with OTT subscription and to watch TV and even don't want to pay extra for it separately. You should opt for Silver plan (600 GB/month with OTT subscription not at all a bad deal).
Subsequently you may opt for Gold plan if your data usage is more or you need Amazon Prime subscription as well.
