Can Tplink ax53 work with ACT fibernet?

Hi guys, I have archer c5 v4 at home, it's very basic and I only get 100-120 Mbps out of the 400 Mbps plan. Tried raising complaints and such, it all boils down to the basic router. My phone and pc are wifi 6e, but as wifi 6e and 7 don't work in India, I want to get a good wifi that'll last me a while. Will Ax53 work with act fibernet and other providers?
