It acts weird all the time.

Working fine for me right now.

Edit:My bad, discussion is about Mumbai specific website.

MTNL Delhi was not working last week, raised a ticket and it got fixed in 24 hours.

It is giving unknown username error. Just came home and dang! Internet is down. No ADSL signal, no connection. Stupid MTNLLogged a complaint on 198
