Yes it is available. When i was in Delhi i got Band 5+3 on my Note5.

@nitinmits I live in Janakpuri West Delhi here i never saw 4G+, i doubt if they deployed CA all over delhi? does operator need to modify every BTS or they enable it from backend?

At home I get terrible network that was the reason for slow speeds. If leave my society and walk towards open space in front I get full network. LG Q6 shows LTE+ but it also shows LTE sometimes. Speeds on fast.com was 24mbps max. Will try again 2morrow by going a bit towards the main road.
