No good options on CDMA for this budget.

Nvm. The above link is for the dual sim version.
Either there is option to buy a dumb phone or very high end phone.

The problem with cdma budget phones are, They are boughtimported by carrier itself in bulk (Reliance, Mts, TATA DOCOMO etc) mostly from zte & Huawei, china. So it's mostly locked to that carrier. Both sim & simless. So it has to be unlocked to make it work for all cdma service providers. Unlocking won't void warranty. As the warranty is covered by manufacturer and not the service provider. ZTE & huawei phones are better than cdma phones of Indian companies.
Btw, just a word of caution cdmaevdo data tariffs are costly than gsm3G (except BSNL's UL plan)
