If you got the Broadband connection recently
You should contact your Telephone Exchange CC
or J.T.O for the Usage portal iD ( usually 14digit
example: jan12345112009
PW as password set No. 2)
Also ask for email ID PW ( set No.3)

If you need to check your usage now
Confirm
Your Telephone is old connection, and
the bill shows a consumer number.

If you have the telephone consumer number,
if you forget the PortalID
try this.
Type in Browser Address bar.
For Oct and November .
or replace "Oct" with "Sept" and check.

Call to some friend's no. and check. If not, ask them to call to this no. If you are able to receive calls you can get it recharged. If not submit a reactivate request.
