probably too late to go for n4 at probably indian prices which are not going to be anywhere close to what it costs in usa.

Ye, at first it was 22k for the 8 GB model and 25.9k for the 16 GB model for preorder. Now the prices have gone crazy

i am not sure what do you mean by crazy, you can get a n4 16GB edition in india imported for around Rs. 25000 quite easily.
