transfered a domain to CF, they still don't allow one time payment instead of subscription. Paying with paypal for subscription doesn't allow to choose conversion option of card or paypal, resulting in USD INR rate 1/95.24 when market rate is 1/90

Paying with card also only allows recurring payments approval.

You shouldn't be using CF for domains. Better options exist

Also looking for something similar in price to Cloudflare but which either allows Indian CC with USD or in INR.

Both are gst free so far iirc so ends up cheaper than Cloudflare. I am guessing 18% gst would compensate for any conversion difference

Cloudflare had too many issues with credit card payments when I had domains there. Moved out as soon as I discovered porkbun. Payments are smooth on both these services. I use the Amazon ICICI Card.
