Initial load for all cf powered websites is still slow for me on jio. Seems this issue is still not fully resolved.

While, it is easy to blame this on Cloudflare, and looking through those idiotic comments says a lot on why idiots will stick to Jio to death.
These issues are purely due to heavy packet filtering and inspection and bad routing on Jio's side and no one else.
No matter how many dogs bark at CF, Jio is providing a direct gateway for CF to directly reach Jio's customers at no-cost and hence there is not much they can do.
matteo's comment says the best, to which it is obvious no one gave any heed.
Remember, people accessing CF resources are just consumers. The one who are paying for the service are the real customers.

Cloudflare would be charging 18% GST from October 1. Which would likely make their domain registration no longer competitive compared to other international companies that do not have to charge GST for Indian users. Should be nice for their paid plan users who would now be paying 18% more from next month.
