I had kept calling them for whole day. The service engineer was like please turn off turn on your
ONT. And internet should work then.
He also closed my static ip request yesterday.
I raised a complaint today at 1 pm, this new service engineer called me around 2 pm, asked my assigned IP, and said let me check with my backend team.
I tried to call him again now on the number I received on complaint’s sms. But he is not picking the phone.
Edit: Now he picked up the phone, saying there is no reply from support team.
Edit 2: Now he is saying, they unable to configure from here, and service engineer able to configure from home. And now they have assigned the same engineer which was assigned to me yesterday
I don’t think they know how to assign IP from backend,
