Configuring static IP for AOT-4221SR

So, I got my static IP today from airtel, for whole day airtel's service engineer tried to configure it, but unable to do so.

Anybody know what is wrong with this setting?

There is nothing wrong with the router config.
This IP might not be assigned to you from Backend. The NOC team needs to do this.

Your Airtel engineer should contact the NOC team to resolve this.

I had kept calling them for whole day. The service engineer was like please turn off turn on your ONT. And internet should work then.
He also closed my static ip request yesterday.

I raised a complaint today at 1 pm, this new service engineer called me around 2 pm, asked my assigned IP, and said let me check with my backend team.

I tried to call him again now on the number I received on complaint’s sms. But he is not picking the phone.

Edit: Now he picked up the phone, saying there is no reply from support team.

Edit 2: Now he is saying, they unable to configure from here, and service engineer able to configure from home. And now they have assigned the same engineer which was assigned to me yesterday

I don’t think they know how to assign IP from backend,
