Yikes. Missed the ‘OLT’ part. But the ODI DFP is most likely going to work. Unfortunately shipping from China is a pain right now. Costs more than the module itself. Unless 10 of these are ordered and shipping is split between 10 people it’s not worth it.
Okay there is a new thing in town the ODI DFP-34X-2C will almost certainly work for any ISP here because it basically allows you to change every possible thing the ISP would use to authenticate. Multiple firmware are available on GitHub - Anime4000/RTL960x: Hacking V2801F, TWCGPON657 & DFP-34X-2C2 to suite your ISP Fiber and you can do VLAN tagging inside it. This also has 2.5G support so most likely the 1Gig plans will get you full 1gig (curious if it goes beyond 1gig though). https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4925452/all has all the info to flash parameters and troubleshooting. Unfortunately the shipping is very costly from AliExpress (though it's fixed shipping for 10 of these). If some Indian supplier buys a bunch of them and sells it then something to look out for. Meanwhile i've ordered an HG8310M to see if I can use it on Tataplay as PLOAM and SN is available just like Airtel (if not I hope I can use it elsewhere and not waste it I overpaid for this).
@mostwanted002 were you able to figure out how to set the Mac on it via telnet ?
someone here confirmed, ODI DFP-34X-2C2 is working fine with airtel.

Somewhere i read, if OLT is from Nokia/ALCATEL, then just changing GPON serial number alone will not work even after going to O5 state. Additionally it should be from one of the supported vendor list. Probably this was the reason why changing gpon serial number works in Huawei, but not in TP-Link model. Try setting OMCI information something like this,
