So 4th-7th , it's Axis card now. 10%. And not sure when the switch happened.

get a secured cc on FD . like 20k in icici bank
pay bills on time , and this will help you to get a decent cibil score , and after few months apply for unsecured cc like HDFC , Amazon pay icici or BOB cc , they are LTF (as of now).

Within a week of creating this thread, she got the credit card. It got delivered day before yesterday.
