Customer Helpdesk - Are they on vacation?

I am trying to call TS Helpdesk from my BSNL Landline. The automated menu selection options work. But when I choose the option to speak to Customer Service representative, it doesn't do anything. Even the "Pushpak" movie had a background music without dialogues. But on TS, I cannot hear any music or any sound after choosing the option to speak to Customer Service. Are they on vacation? or is it some peculiar problem only with me.Let me know if its a common problem with everyone. I am again not happy with such services, which keep customer wait a long on phone without any answer. Moreover, the HelpDesk Calls are not Toll-Free. They are paid calls for customers!!!

yday i also called them for customer care..there was abolutely no delay in getting info and i got the service done within 3 mins...i think the only think TS holds is the CC compared to dishtv and channel quality.

i tried for 20 min ,are the idiots gong to pay my bill.My conection was deactivated and i recharged ,now it is 3 days i am still not able to reach and get my service activated,what the heck is going on???? :wall::wall:

Its getting worse, now I'm getting calls from Tata Sky CC that my account needs to be recharged and I'm supposed to get 2 months super saver free for new subscription. :wall:This is truly a comedy of errors by Tata Sky. Their customer care isn't even answering their phones.

I'm sure, if i try to call, My number would not even reach the menu..

Now people at Tata Sky know that, Kunal, A member on IBF, only keeps complaining, so i might be on their 'do not disturb' list.. Even all my mails from this day on being filtered, would land in their trash, automatically deleted in some days time.. I have already said Tata to Tata..

I have about 450Rs left in my Giftmate account , Anyone from the forum who wishes to recharge their TataSky account, do tell me, I'd be more than happy to do it for u using my account. Just transfer the required amount to my HDFC bank account online. :thumb:
