I am trying to call TS Helpdesk from my BSNL Landline. The automated menu selection options work. But when I choose the option to speak to Customer Service representative, it doesn't do anything. Even the "Pushpak" movie had a background music without dialogues. But on TS, I cannot hear any music or any sound after choosing the option to speak to Customer Service. Are they on vacation? or is it some peculiar problem only with me.Let me know if its a common problem with everyone. I am again not happy with such services, which keep customer wait a long on phone without any answer. Moreover, the HelpDesk Calls are not Toll-Free. They are paid calls for customers!!!
