From last 15 days my net is getting frequently disconnected. can anybody help me regarding this matter. following are my connection information. i have Nokia-simens c2110 modem.internet Connection DSL Status true Last Failed 0x00000063 Downstream Data Rate 10138100 Upstream Data Rate 861700 SNR (Downstream) 7.5 dB SNR (Upstream) 11.0 dB Line Attentuation(Downstream) 30.0 dB Line Attentuation(Upstream) 15.5 dB Connected Standard Bismy prob got worst. basically disconnection starts from 2 a.m. and continues upto 6-6.30 a.m. after that connection gone ok. during my that free hour link fails continuously. when ever i go to the exchange they check the line and tells me line is ok. i told them that there is no problem during they time so how can they find any prob during day time. now they r telling i am using too much for that port gone burnt and they have also changed that. now my question is whether the port prob occur during 2-6 or 6.30 am?? today the D.E is telling that u r using pirated os. thats why the prob occurs.. now when i ask about day time he said microsoft checks that at night. WHAT A KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON!!!!! and they r telling to leave the connection as they are not provide me the service more then this..Now guys please tell me what should i do?
