user with lower speed(upto 256kbps) is not affected under NIB.but the higer speed can easily see drastic fall of speed in.in home in getting 60 -70 instead of 250+ (BSNL, 2mbps line) in office im getting 40 - 50 instead of 1200+ (Bharti,12mbps line)..we in india are running on "alternate" method so lack of bandwidth is due to Internet conjunction

earlier this morning everything was fine...but after that,it has been a nightmare!..even the torrents won't go beyond 13kB/s and the ping times to sites like google.co.in have reached up to 734ms(morning 112ms)

yes,indeed!today morning I was d/ling a torrent @212KB/Sec and everything seems fine.now the ping is too high and net is crawling
