Came across this site DealExtreme - Cool Gadgets at the Right Price - DX Free Shipping Worldwide ..lot of interesting things for cheap prices. Even though I doubt the quality, I've ordered a small thing just for testing the service


By reading reviews on net, this site seems like a genuine site but delivery of items is little slow (7~15 days for free shipping). But surprisingly, they ship worldwide for free(without any limit for minimum purchases)

Received within 2 weeks, packaging was fine. the accessories provided with the phone whr cheap (local) though.
Contacted through thr feedback link and they gave me 5-10% discount on next purchase. Overall satisfied.

Now i am checking on this one Refurbished Sony Ericsson U10i / Aino WCDMA Slide Phone w/ 3.0 Capacitive, Wi-Fi and GPS - White - Free Shipping - DealExtreme :crazy1: , might/might not buy.

They've sent a mail saying they're out of stock for the item I ordered one week after placing the order. Cancelled my order and the credit was immediately available ready in my store account. Placed an order for another item of same price 2 days back ..will update.

I bought 2-in-1 Hybrid 5mW Red + 5mW Green Laser (Supports Dual Laser Mode) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme 2 years back, paid for shipping via ems. Item was stuck in customs, they ended up charging me 300 for this.

Took around 1 month even though i chose ems shipping worth 25 i think.

At the same time, I bought Micro SIM Card Cutter - Black - Free Shipping - DealExtreme, I received it with 3 weeks.

Flipkart and a couple of other shopping sites have spoiled me by their service. DX takes too long to ship items with standard shipping. I've lost hope on my 5$ spent on this site. No update from them,nothing.
