Do airtel provide any alternative VDSLv2 modem

I am in an airtel 40mbps plan and I am provided with a Dragon Path Technology-based VDSLv2 modem. The modem is an average modem and quite often hangs which the customer service and installation technician admins and asks me to restart if such a problem comes.

On debugging the logs I observe frequent DOS attack (UDP EchoChargen, UDP Bomb and more) happening.

Now i don't have much trust with this modem. Hence want to know if there is any other modem which is compatible with Airtel connection which I can buy ( Netgear, Linksys etc).
 
@JB700 @rajil.s thanks for the suggestion. Its indeed a good suggestion, but unfortunately the modem don't have the option to put the pppoe interface and the LAN in bridge mode. But thanks for the suggestion. I ll disable the WLAN in the modem and take it to my router.
