nice!!!, for isp's upload does not cost any high, actually when it comes to india, they need people to upload more so that in and out would balance out.lot;s of indian isp's their upload is just lieing there wasted most of the time.
i'm on the combo 999 plan..so i get 6 GB download every month
now if the upload as u say is counted, is it counted in the same 6 GB limit?
i checked on airtel.in about the usage n i have used 2 GB yet..
now i strtd dowload of a movie ( Horton ) ( Lol jus sayin ) on bitcomet n the upload is goin a lot faster than the download .. at this rate the download and upload will together amount to about 1.5 GB instead of 700 MB ( which is the size of the movie file )..so will 700 mb be added to my usage or 1.5 GB..?
As the title says it all... Does Airtel count Upload in FUP? bec whenever I chk usage on their site at "My Airtel" in Unbilled Details ... it is titled as "Download" .... there's no mention of Upload anywhere...
They count every ****ing packet originating or terminating on your machine through their network. They are currently working on coming up with a FUP+ (Fair Usage Packet Policy) where in the usage would be limited based on packets, and not bytes as is done now
