Yeah, just realized that

paypal india has gone gay , thanks to RBI, you cannot use pp balance , you have to make a payment via attaching your cc , and not the bank a/c they don't process payments from Indian bank a/cs yet, but recently i got a mailer on my Indian pp /ac to attach a bank to it too, though no payments will be processed from it. you will need a cc to send payments. all payments that you receive have to be transferred into your bank a/c within 7 days . so if somebody does charge back well good luck to him if you remove the cc from a/c !!to open pp , you will need a cc, though i have heard from some dp members that a HDFC netsafe atm card is working since you make a vcc from it, then a pan is a must now plus a valid cell number also a bank ac/ is needed now. too much work there other options like moneybrokers, alertpay, or just use goolgecheckout but the problem is not all payments portals yet have googlecheck out which i like the best of all options, and not all sites take MB or alertpay.

yeap. the lack of popularity of google checkout is painful. a lot of services would support paypal but not checkout.
